Return Policy
If the Customer wants to return the Product, it’s the Customers responsibility to be able to prove to Modern Hills, that one of the listed circumstances is the actual case.
The requests for returns can only be accepted, if one or more of the listed circumstances is stated and proved to be true.
- It has to be within 14 days since the Order arrived.
· -- The Product or the Package has been damaged before the customer received it.
· -- The Product was delivered in wrong sizes, colorways, or a different article as bought.
· -- The Product was only worn for testing reasons, is undamaged and can be exactly returned as the customer received it. (Including all labels).
The Customer is NOT allowed to return the Product, if one or more of the listed circumstances below is proved to be true.
· -- The Product has been worn for any other reason than testing (trying it on).
· -- If the Customer can’t proof how or when the Product has been damaged.
· -- If the Customer just wanted to Order a Product only to send it back, with no real intent to buy the product.
· -- If the Customer gets rude and is not trying to cooperate and solve the problem with us.
If any Customer sends an Item back to us, without any provable form of consent, it will be unauthorized. Which means we will not accept it and we will not cover ANY costs in this case. The Customer then still needs to pay the full amount, including all extra costs. In Order to prevent a scenario like this, The Customer must contact us personally and talk to us about the problem respectfully, so we can find a solution together. If we don’t authorize it, we will not accept it.
If we accept your return, the return will be free, except for a 3% restore fee, calculated from the respective Orders price.
These Guidelines are essential to prevent the Modern Hills GmbH from any form of fraud and to guarantee the Customer will have a fair and secure Shopping experience.
